What you submit

Your application includes contact information, passport details, travel details and the documents you upload. Only submit your own information or information you are authorized to provide.

How it is used

Alrihal Travel & Tourism uses this information to review your visa request, contact you, process your application and provide status updates. Our team may need to share the relevant information with visa processing partners and the authorities responsible for your application.

Access to your documents

Application files are stored privately and can be retrieved by authorized staff. Your approved visa can be downloaded after verifying your application number and passport number. Keep both numbers confidential.

Corrections and deletion requests

Contact evisa@alrihal.com with your application number to request a correction or ask about removal of your information. Avoid sending passport scans in an initial enquiry. Our team will confirm any information it needs to verify your request.

Cookies and services

The tracking page uses a temporary essential cookie lasting 30 minutes to authorize your visa download. Staff sign-in is handled through ChatGPT. The portal does not store passport documents in your browser’s local storage.

Before processing

Submitting an application is a request for assistance. Our team will confirm eligibility, fees and additional requirements. Submission is not a visa approval or a payment confirmation.
